Youth football league play in winter for ages 5-14

Welcome to TSA Football

Timbergrove Sports Association is proud to offer Open (co-ed) and all-girls flag football leagues for kids ages 5-14. The leagues will conduct registration in September for the all-girls league and October for the Open (co-ed) league. Practices will begin in mid-late November. Practices and games will be held on Saturdays between December and mid-February.

We are happy to partner with Our Savior Lutheran Church and School which will provide a safe and welcoming environment our families. Our Savior Lutheran's 60-acre campus will provide ample space and parking for the season. OSL School has served the Houston community for more than 75 years offering a Christian and classical education for preschool through 8^th grade.

Ages and Divisions

Players can request to play up prior to the beginning of registration by emailing football@timbergrovesports.org. The TSA Play Up Policy is located here.

Player Placement - All-Girls Divisions

Player’s division is determined by the current grade level as of the time of registration

Kindergarten - 1st grade
2nd - 3rd grade
4th - 5th grade
6th - 7th grade

Player Placement - Open (Coed) Divisions

Player’s division is determined by the age of player as of April 30, 2026

6U - 5/6 years of age
8U - 7/8 years of age
10U - 9/10 years of age
12U - 11/12 years of age
14U - 13/14 years of age

Game and Practice Commitments

Practice and games will occur back-to-back on the same day. (Practice for an hour and play game for an hour)
The main day for practices and games will be Saturdays with makeups being scheduled for Sunday afternoons.
The season will consist of 7 to 8 games.
The majority of games and practices will be held at Our Savior Lutheran Church and School located at 5000 W Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77091.
